Selso Tello and Tello Enterprises

LTC Selso Tello, a retired Field Artillery Officer, brings over 34 years of Army and National Guard experience to his work as an entrepreneur and innovator. His military career includes command of cannon battery and battalion units and leadership of an Embedded Infantry Brigade Team supporting the Afghan Army’s 201st Corps. His experience spans artillery, training, leadership, management, military counseling, and business intelligence.

Selso holds master’s degrees in Human Relations, Business Intelligence and Managerial Analytics (MBA), and Project Management. He is pursuing a master’s in Political Science and Government at Saint Louis University–Madrid. Through Tello Enterprises, he applies this broad background to entrepreneurship and philanthropy, combining practical experience with analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Zero Verify: Turning Experience into Innovation

Selso founded Zero Verify Inc. in October 2026, building on rifle marksmanship research and development he began in 2010. Zero Verify is developing digital boresighting and zero-verification systems that combine smartphone technology and sensors to record and recall the reticle position associated with a confirmed live-fire zero. His work focuses on helping shooters preserve that reference and return to it when their setup needs to be checked.

Tello Farms: A Connection to the Land

Selso’s agricultural roots began in Donna, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, where he worked as an itinerant farmworker in his youth. That experience came full circle in 2019–2020, when he leased and managed a 27-acre farm in Midville, Georgia.

At Tello Farms, Selso raised goats and chickens and cultivated an organic garden. Although he no longer operates the farm, the venture reflects his lasting connection to agriculture.
